Dr. Loretta Johnson brings a rich background in education and leadership to Cate. She began her career teaching elementary special education in New Orleans through Teach For America and later earned advanced degrees in Systematic Theology, including a Doctorate from the Graduate Theological Union. Loretta has worked across educational levels, from elementary to college, and most recently served as the Executive Director of a local nonprofit organization.

Loretta enjoys hiking, walking, sailing, and traveling. She lives in Carpinteria with her partner, Bodie, and their dog, Bear, and is excited to be part of the Cate community.
