Bryan Rodriguez joined Cate in 2000 as the Coordinator for Students of Color, bringing a passion for mentoring young people. A business major and four-year member of Gettysburg College’s basketball team, Bryan quickly became a key member of the Cate community, serving in a variety of roles over the years. He currently serves as the Dean of Students.

Bryan’s contributions have included positions as Assistant Director of Admission and Director of Diversity. He has taught Economics and Human Development across 9th, 10th, and 11th grades, while also coaching boys’ varsity basketball and the high jump for varsity track.

A dedicated advocate for student growth both on and off the court, Bryan values connection and community. He lives on the Mesa with his wife, Paola, and their three children, Malia, Darien, and Desmond. In his free time, Bryan enjoys basketball, scuba diving, live music, traveling, and spending time with his family.
