Matt Drew has been a dedicated member of the Cate community for 11 years, serving as Assistant Director of Athletics for the past 8 years. A Boston native, Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Curry College, where he played collegiate baseball, and his master’s in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine.

Before joining Cate, Matt worked as a financial advisor for Northwestern Mutual and coached hockey and softball at Dexter Southfield School in Massachusetts. At Cate, he contributes as a baseball coach, advisor, and former dorm parent.

In his free time, Matt enjoys playing hockey, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his family. A passionate Boston sports fan, he lives on the Mesa with his wife Shannon and their two sons, Easton and Bodie.
